Abstract

Purpose State Elementary School 30 Jelau Belangiran is a school located in Pak Mayam Village, Ngabang District, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan. This school is one of the target schools for the assignment of implementing the Teaching Campus for our team. Based on data from the Ngabang Education Service, State Elementary School 30 Jelau Belangiran is still lacking in various aspects of increasing literacy numeracy, technological progress and school administration due to limited facilities and teaching and learning facilities and the absence of electricity and networks which hamper all of this. We are here as agents of change in providing changes to help schools in increasing literacy numeracy, technological advances, and school administration at State Elementary School 30 Jelau Belangiran.

Method In order to realize the objectives of the activity, a program was created by the Ministry of Education and Culture called "Teaching Campus". The Teaching Campus provides students with the opportunity to hone their leadership and character and have very valuable experiences. Through the Teaching Campus Program, students have activities that are responsible for assisting learning activities at school, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting administration at the school where they are assigned.

Result The results of the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program which has been implemented by the teaching campus team run well and smoothly and can improve students' abilities in understanding literacy and numeracy. The team helps introduce students to technology adaptation, and also the administration carried out by us by arranging the books on the shelves according to their types. Not only that, the team also provided story books in the reading corner so that they would enjoy reading, the team also helped the school in preparing lesson schedules. Because previously the flag ceremony had never been held every Monday, the team formed a flag raising team to hold the flag ceremony which was held every Monday.

Implication – The implementation of this Teaching Campus provides valuable experience for the team so that it can have a positive impact on students and the school.
