Dampak Positif Mahasiswa sebagai Mitra Guru dalam Program Kampus Mengajar di SDN 10 Sungai Ambawang
Abstract
Purpose – The program aims to examine the positive impact of vocational and university students as teacher partners in the Teaching Campus Program.
Method – Data was obtained through surveys of students participating in the Teaching Campus Program and interviews with student supervising teachers at the State Elementary School 10 Sungai Ambawang.
Result – The program results showed that both vocational and university students had a positive impact on improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. Additionally, the students also experienced an increase in their competencies in the areas of education, social skills, and personality.
Implication – the Teaching Campus Program is an effective program in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This program can be a solution to overcome educational problems, especially in the fields of literacy and numeracy.
