Dampak Positif Mahasiswa sebagai Mitra Guru dalam Program Kampus Mengajar di SDN 10 Sungai Ambawang

Abstract

Purpose The program aims to examine the positive impact of vocational and university students as teacher partners in the Teaching Campus Program.

Method Data was obtained through surveys of students participating in the Teaching Campus Program and interviews with student supervising teachers at the State Elementary School 10 Sungai Ambawang.

Result The program results showed that both vocational and university students had a positive impact on improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. Additionally, the students also experienced an increase in their competencies in the areas of education, social skills, and personality.

Implication – the Teaching Campus Program is an effective program in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This program can be a solution to overcome educational problems, especially in the fields of literacy and numeracy.
